MyTime

Terms of Use

Effective July 18, 2026. MyTime is made by Holt Holdings Equity Management LLC ("we"). By using MyTime you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

What MyTime is

MyTime is a self-management tool. It uses Apple's Screen Time technology to limit apps and filter content on your own device, at your own request, with a lock held by a person you choose (your ally). It is not medical care, therapy, or a guarantee of behavior change, and no filter catches everything.

Your ally and your groups

You choose your ally and your groups. Your ally can approve or deny changes to your protection; that power comes from you, and you can end it with the 7-day reset at any time. Group members see each other's first name, protection status, streak, daily social-media minutes, and break counts. Do not join a group with people you do not want seeing that.

Profiles

A profile (first name and phone number) is optional and only needed for groups and remote allies. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. One profile per person; do not impersonate anyone. You can delete your profile in Settings at any time, which removes your data from groups.

Acceptable use

We may remove content or suspend service that violates these rules.

No warranty, limited liability

MyTime is provided as is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content that slips past a filter. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app in the last 12 months, which for a free app is zero.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use is acceptance. You can stop using MyTime at any time via the ally-approved stand-down or the 7-day reset.
